what is Buddhism?must watch only religion that goes with modern science....

http://youtu.be/dku88rM73zE (part 2 link)only religion that goes with science must watch you will understand ,what is real truth,

s it god who all controls or it;s up to you.......you will understand

What is Buddhism?

Buddhism is a religion to about 300 million people around the world. The word comes from 'budhi', 'to awaken'. It has its origins about 2,500 years ago when Siddhartha Gotama, known as the Buddha, was himself awakened (enlightened) at the age of 35.

• Is Buddhism a Religion?

To many, Buddhism goes beyond religion and is more of a philosophy or 'way of life'. It is a philosophy because philosophy 'means love of wisdom' and the Buddhist path can be summed up as:

(1) to lead a moral life,

(2) to be mindful and aware of thoughts and actions, and

(3) to develop wisdom and understanding.

• How Can Buddhism Help Me?

Buddhism explains a purpose to life, it explains apparent injustice and inequality around the world, and it provides a code of practice or way of life that leads to true happiness.

• Why is Buddhism Becoming Popular?

Buddhism is becoming popular in western countries for a number of reasons, The first good reason is Buddhism has answers to many of the problems in modern materialistic societies. It also includes (for those who are interested) a deep understanding of the human mind (and natural therapies) which prominent psychologists around the world are now discovering to be both very advanced and effective.

• Who Was the Buddha?

Siddhartha Gotama was born into a royal family in Lumbini, now located in Nepal, in 563 BC. At 29, he realised that wealth and luxury did not guarantee happiness, so he explored the different teachings religions and philosophies of the day, to find the key to human happiness. After six years of study and meditation he finally found 'the middle path' and was enlightened. After enlightenment, the Buddha spent the rest of his life teaching the principles of Buddhism — called the Dhamma, or Truth — until his death at the age of 80.

• Was the Buddha a God?

He was not, nor did he claim to be. He was a man who taught a path to enlightenment from his own experience.

• Do Buddhists Worship Idols?

Buddhists sometimes pay respect to images of the Buddha, not in worship, nor to ask for favours. A statue of the Buddha with hands rested gently in its lap and a compassionate smile reminds us to strive to develop peace and love within ourselves. Bowing to the statue is an expression of gratitude for the teaching.

• Is Buddhism Scientific?

Science is knowledge which can be made into a system, which depends upon seeing and testing facts and stating general natural laws. The core of Buddhism fit into this definition, because the Four Noble truths (see below) can be tested and proven by anyone in fact the Buddha himself asked his followers to test the teaching rather than accept his word as true. depends more on understanding than faith

The Biology of Belief - Dr. Bruce Lipton - The follow up (full documentary)

The follow up of Dr. Bruce Lipton, The Biology of Belief.

From : november 2013

Through the research of Dr Lipton and other leading-edge scientists, stunning new discoveries have been made about the interaction between your mind and body and the processes by which cells receive information. It shows that genes and DNA do not control our biology, that instead DNA is controlled by signals from outside the cell, including the energetic messages emanating from our thoughts. Using simple language, illustrations, humour, and everyday examples, he demonstrates how the new science of Epigenetics is revolutionising our understanding of the link between mind and matter and the profound effects it has on our personal lives and the collective life of our species. This paperback edition of The Biology of Belief fully updates and revises the material from the bestselling original edition, and adds material in the light of the seismic effect the book has had.

Biology of Belief - by Bruce Lipton (full documentary)

he Biology of Belief: An Interview with Dr. Bruce Lipton

From : May/ June 2005

BL: The new mechanism of evolution suggested by the new biology you describe in your book is one that

consists of repeating patterns of self-similarity; it is a pattern based upon fractal geometry*. The

significance of fractals is that they represent basic patterns that are iterated (repeated) over and over

again. If you can recognize a pattern at one level of the structure you can apply that awareness to

understand the patterns throughout the whole structure.

LG: Right, like the Fibonacci patterns** found in nature?

BL: Right, so basically the evolution of human civilization is self-similar the evolution of a single giant organism. We are *humans are the cells in that ' social' organism. The relevance is that human civilization will evolve through the phases that characterized the evolution of animals, Human civilization will go through evolutionary phases that are redundant to previous evolution patterns. For example, in

the evolution of vertebrate animals, the pattern provided for fish, amphibians, reptiles, birds, and

mammals, an evolutionary jump occurred between each of these major classes of organisms, Civilization

is in the process of such a jump now, as we are evolving from a reptilian-based civilization to a

mammalian-based civilization.

The intellectual character of our culture's leadership is currently most

similar to that of reptilian behavior. And yet more advanced mammalian characters yourself and myself

are in the process of rewriting a new blueprint for civilization, different from the way we are living now.

Reptiles are 'conscious,' and do not express the trait of 'self-consciousness.' What that means is that

they live for the moment but they have no conception or vision about how their actions today affect

civilization tomoorow.

Love is an identical vibration to appreciation. And appreciation is nothing more than positively focusing towards something. This means that unconditional love is the same as unconditional positive focus. A simpler way of putting this is that unconditional love is positive focus (appreciation) that is not conditional upon how another person acts. Now it is time to get real for a minute. How many of us on this earth are capable of that right now? Not many of us. And this should not make you feel bad about yourself because unconditional love and enlightenment are the exact same state. We know how difficult it is to reach enlightenment. It is a lifelong practice if not a multi lifetime practice for most beings. And we also know that enlightenment is not a goal that we reach. Instead, it is a horizon line that continues to move further into the future with every desire that we have and with every new perspective that we are introduced to. It is the same with unconditional love. Unconditional love is a practice, it is not a state we achieve and are then done practicing. There is no retirement from the practice of unconditional love.

How To Ground Yourself (All About Grounding) - Teal Swan

❤ Teal's web page: http://tealswan.com/

To ground yourself means to fully connect and phase with the perspective of your physical dimensional aspect. Your consciousness is not as much a finite clump of energy as it is an infinite current of energy. For this reason, it is easily compared to electricity. Removing the excess electric charge from an object is called grounding. Removing the excess emotional charge that is the result of getting lost in the non-physical dimensions of thought is also called grounding.

When we pull our focus back to our physical dimension aspect, we entrain with the frequency of the earth itself. We allow energy to move through our root chakra. We allow ourselves to be fully present here with our physical bodies and physically incarnated perspectives. Grounding is the perfect remedy for anyone who is feeling stressed, triggered, regressed, rushed, overworked, confused, overwhelmed, panicked, angry, clumsy or drained.

In this ask teal episode, Teal shares 11 tips for how to ground yourself.
