A mix of perspectives on Be-ing the changes we want to see. Lead by example!

Hold on to what is good,
Even if it's a handful of earth.
Hold on to what you believe,
Even if it's a tree that stands by itself.
Hold on to what you must do,
Even if it's a long way from here. --Pueblo Prayer

Desiderata...A Timeless Reminder About Achieving "Desired Things"

CD CreativeVentures: DESIDERATA--A TIMELESS MESSAGE FOR LIFE AND LIVING.

"Desiderata" Latin for "Desired Things" was originally an inspirational poem copyrighted by Max Ehrmann in 1927, it went on to become an uplifting and truly motivational song in the early 1970's.

Imagine a world where the trapped emotions, fears, anxieties and unprocessed life experiences we hold in our bodies are the source of everything that ails us. That's the world we live in. Now imagine a world where everyone is manifesting from their heart the perfect creation that's inside each of us. Imagine a world where abundance, inner peace, longevity and loving relationships abound. Imagine emotion experts from around the world sharing their wisdom and negative emotion clearing techniques to light a DESIDERATA--A TIMELESS MESSAGE FOR LIFE AND LIVING

We have always appreciated the timeless message in Desiderata. BE-ing a Change Maker involves desire, intent and action. There is a strong affirmation of the good that is in life amidst strife, polarity and the variety of "isms" that divide rather than bring us together working for the greatest good of the all. Desoderata MEANS "Desired Things." We can bring them about by action and Be-ing the changes WE want to see.

DESIDERATA

Go placidly amid the noise and the haste,

and remember what peace there may be in silence.

As far as possible, without surrender,

be on good terms with all persons.

Speak your truth quietly and clearly;

and listen to others,

even to the dull and the ignorant;

they too have their story.

Avoid loud and aggressive persons;

they are vexatious to the spirit.

If you compare yourself with others,

you may become vain or bitter,

for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.

Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.

Keep interested in your own career, however humble;

it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time.

Exercise caution in your business affairs,

for the world is full of trickery.

But let this not blind you to what virtue there is;

many persons strive for high ideals,

and everywhere life is full of heroism.

Be yourself. Especially do not feign affection.

Neither be cynical about love,

for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment,

it is as perennial as the grass.

Take kindly the counsel of the years,

gracefully surrendering the things of youth.

Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune.

But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings.

Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness.

Beyond a wholesome discipline,

be gentle with yourself.

You are a child of the universe

no less than the trees and the stars;

you have a right to be here.

And whether or not it is clear to you,

no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.

Therefore be at peace with the Creator

whatever you conceive Source to be.

And whatever your labors and aspirations,

in the noisy confusion of life,

keep peace in your soul.

With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams,

it is still a beautiful world.

Be cheerful. Strive to be happy.new pathway for humanity. Imagine we are sacred, spiritual beings here for a much larger reason, serving a much higher purpose, a divine purpose. That's where we're going...

A Change Maker Approach to Resolving Conflict

We write, produce and present a variety of courses and one of more popular seminars is the one on anger and  conflict resolution courses and here are some tips for managing anger from our course.

Short-term solutions

Admit that you are angry. If you bottle up your angry feelings, they will not go away, and they will keep coming out over and over again, painfully.

Try not to over-react. Step back from the situation that is making you angry and ask yourself, "What would I think of someone else if I saw him/her getting angry in this situation?" or

"Is this situation really as bad as I am making it out to be?"

Try to make you think about something else. Turn your attention to some pleasant memory rather than the line-up, traffic jam or whatever is irritating you.

Identify the source of your anger. If the actions or words of another person are hurting you, try to you deal with him/her directly in a peaceful and productive way.

Listen carefully to what others are saying to you, and let them finish without interruption. Very often, you will not understand the real message if you "jump in" after a few words. Give people a chance to explain themselves.

Long-term solutions

If your anger is caused by something beyond your control, such as a job lay-off, find out how others have dealt with the problem successfully, and try to follow their lead.

Avoid blaming yourself, even if you are angry because of misfortune caused by your own mistake. It is best to try to learn from your experiences and avoid making the same mistakes again.

Reduce tension by finding time for some physical activity. Go for a brisk walk, play a hard game of tennis with a friend, work in the garden, or clean the house.

Lower stress levels. Learn some stress management methods, such as relaxation and deep-breathing exercises. Try to find ways of doing more of the things you enjoy.

Learn to meditate. When you are alone, practice withdrawing your thoughts from day-to-day concerns. This may make you more able to do the same when you find yourself getting angry.

Learn to laugh at yourself. If you can learn to see the silly side of things, you can laugh instead of lashing out.

Learn to trust the abilities of others. Some of your anger may be coming from a lack of faith in the capabilities of other people.

Be honest if professional assistance is needed.  If problems are serious, the need the help of a mental health professional, such as a psychiatrist, psychologist or social worker. Your family doctor can help to direct you to these professional people.

Talk to someone you trust (a family member, a close friend or a member of the clergy for your religion) who may be able to see things more clearly than you do.

The Fluidity and Change Making Abilities of Water

Water changes and transforms and so do we. Think about the fluidity of water and the percentage our biology and form has within it
We are Water! Take the shape that you want, like water does

We are Water!  Take the shape that you want, like water does

Why are we so easy to be shaped? Why are we so easy to be shaped by the society`s needs?
We are water! And water always shapes itself according to the surfaces it touches.

What do we know about Water?

What do we really know about water, scientifically speaking? We know that water is the most common element on Earth. We also know that all the existing species on Earth originate from the water. All these species need water to grow and to live. Even the crystals need water. We know that a 75-90% of the human body is in fact water.  That`s a pretty high percent. And we are not referring only to the human species. Water is the dominant element in every life form.  Life on this planet wouldn`t be possible without water.  Science already knows that life on Earth has it`s origins from water. There are a lot of studies made on this subject, proving that life has slowly evolved from water, permitting the rise of new life forms.

Water is the dominant element in every life form.

Water is also known as a “primordial soup”. It is the only element on Earth capable of existing in three states of matter: solid, liquid and gas. This particularity gives water the opportunity to be present in the most unexpected places.  To understand the beauty of this particularity, let`s see what the three states of matter mean. The distinction is made based on qualitative differences in properties.

Water in Different Forms

Matter in the solid state maintains a fixed volume and shape, with component particles (atoms, molecules or ions) close together and fixed into place. Matter in the liquid state maintains a fixed volume, but has a variable shape that adapts to its container. Its particles are still close together but move freely. Matter in the gaseous state has both variable volume and shape, adapting both to fit its container. Its particles are neither close together nor fixed in place.

Not only the oceans, lakes and rivers contain water, it`s presence can be found in the air, as well.  The clouds are all water vapors. We also find a lot of water at the North and South Poles.

Clouds, snow and rain are all made of  some form of water.  A cloud is comprised of tiny water droplets and/or ice crystals, a snowflake is an aggregate of many ice crystals, and rain is just liquid water.

Water is the only element whose volume is increasing when becoming solid and then decreases when it melts.
All the other elements have exactly the opposite behavior. Did you know that according to science, during germination, water creates a 400 atmospheres pressure?

A lot of scientist study nowadays the diversity of this element. We already know a lot of things about this subject, but we also are on our way to find out more about water`s behavior and about its particularities.

Science proved that water is able to record information.

In order to do this, water needs new information. However, this ability to store information is not changing its chemical composition. The beautiful thing here is that water`s structure is more important than its chemical composition. Water structure represents the way that the molecules are organized. Usually, they are organized in groups of molecules, called clusters. These clusters have the ability to record all the information about the relation between water and the surrounding environment, as if on a magnetic tape.

“Modern instruments have made it possible to record the fact that within each of water`s cells there are 440 000 information panels, each of which is responsible for its own type of interaction with the environment. The stability of the cluster structures confirmed the hypothesis that water is capable of recording and storing information”.

–Rustum Roy – International Academy of Sciences, Professor at Pennsylvania State University

This means that this element is the most flexible computer. It is the information`s memory. Most of you already know about Dr. Emoto`s research about the way water crystalizes in different forms, according to the positive or negative vibration we apply to it.  The below images illustrate water`s memory:

Emoto water
Water is the most important element of the DNA spirals  and also of the protein`s structure.
Water creates a lot of indispensable structures for life existence. DNA spirals are made of water and also the protein`s structure is made of water. Our bodies cannot function without water. Every seed is brought to life in the presence of water. Water assures the needed nutrients for growth, creating life. Our planet Earth is a big recipient containing a high percentage of water. Every living being is a water container.

Interesting facts:

The proportion of water in our body varies by age:

the embryo contains 97% water
new-born babies have an 80% water
adults have 60-65% water
elders have  only 50-55% water
obese people – water percentage can decrease to 40%

Most noteworthy, water covers over 70% of the Earth`s surface, but only  1% from this amount is drinkable. The rest of  97% from this amount is salt , and 2% are glaciers

Back to our body, our organs contain a high percentage of this element, too:
Blood – 83%
Muscles – 75%
Brain – 83%
Lungs – 86%
Kidneys – 83%
Eyes – 95%
Now that we know how much of our body is water, maybe it is time to re-think our educational system. If water has its own memory and is able to store information, we need to understand the power of conscious intention.

How would be to wake up every morning with a conscious intention?
“My intention for today is to transmit the knowledge that will help us to maintain a healthy body, mind and soul”

Even if we like to think that we have only conscious intentions, the truth is that the subconscious part of the brain makes most of the daily routine actions . Think about it! Start to live in the present…. Start to change your cellular memory by changing the way you react. Do your choices with your alert consciousness. Don`t let society to “transfer” you the “ideal choices”, just because it`s easier. Ask yourself: “Do I want this? What do I really need this for?”

Society Limits Us.
We are limited by our parents and our family. First of all, we are limited from the very first second we meet this world. We receive grades starting with the very first second of our life. We receive grades based on the way we reacted when we are born.

Most of the people that “limit” us, don`t do it with a conscious intention. They do it because they were raised by the same “template society”. Of course, a lot of adults nowadays don`t even have the time to think about this. Because, society takes care of your free time, too.

Stop! Take a deep breath!  And then just aks yourself:
“Do I want my children to grow up like this, leaded by society`s wills? Do I want them to be society robots or humans?”

If your answer is negative, then you need to teach your child early what we learned later in life. Your actions, thoughts, feelings and words are changing the memory within your water-based body. Use only kind words, think positive, stay away from negative emotions and conflicts to clear all the mud stored in your body

what is Buddhism?must watch only religion that goes with modern science....

http://youtu.be/dku88rM73zE (part 2 link)only religion that goes with science must watch you will understand ,what is real truth,

s it god who all controls or it;s up to you.......you will understand

What is Buddhism?

Buddhism is a religion to about 300 million people around the world. The word comes from 'budhi', 'to awaken'. It has its origins about 2,500 years ago when Siddhartha Gotama, known as the Buddha, was himself awakened (enlightened) at the age of 35.

• Is Buddhism a Religion?

To many, Buddhism goes beyond religion and is more of a philosophy or 'way of life'. It is a philosophy because philosophy 'means love of wisdom' and the Buddhist path can be summed up as:

(1) to lead a moral life,

(2) to be mindful and aware of thoughts and actions, and

(3) to develop wisdom and understanding.

• How Can Buddhism Help Me?

Buddhism explains a purpose to life, it explains apparent injustice and inequality around the world, and it provides a code of practice or way of life that leads to true happiness.

• Why is Buddhism Becoming Popular?

Buddhism is becoming popular in western countries for a number of reasons, The first good reason is Buddhism has answers to many of the problems in modern materialistic societies. It also includes (for those who are interested) a deep understanding of the human mind (and natural therapies) which prominent psychologists around the world are now discovering to be both very advanced and effective.

• Who Was the Buddha?

Siddhartha Gotama was born into a royal family in Lumbini, now located in Nepal, in 563 BC. At 29, he realised that wealth and luxury did not guarantee happiness, so he explored the different teachings religions and philosophies of the day, to find the key to human happiness. After six years of study and meditation he finally found 'the middle path' and was enlightened. After enlightenment, the Buddha spent the rest of his life teaching the principles of Buddhism — called the Dhamma, or Truth — until his death at the age of 80.

• Was the Buddha a God?

He was not, nor did he claim to be. He was a man who taught a path to enlightenment from his own experience.

• Do Buddhists Worship Idols?

Buddhists sometimes pay respect to images of the Buddha, not in worship, nor to ask for favours. A statue of the Buddha with hands rested gently in its lap and a compassionate smile reminds us to strive to develop peace and love within ourselves. Bowing to the statue is an expression of gratitude for the teaching.

• Is Buddhism Scientific?

Science is knowledge which can be made into a system, which depends upon seeing and testing facts and stating general natural laws. The core of Buddhism fit into this definition, because the Four Noble truths (see below) can be tested and proven by anyone in fact the Buddha himself asked his followers to test the teaching rather than accept his word as true. depends more on understanding than faith

The Biology of Belief - Dr. Bruce Lipton - The follow up (full documentary)

The follow up of Dr. Bruce Lipton, The Biology of Belief.

From : november 2013

Through the research of Dr Lipton and other leading-edge scientists, stunning new discoveries have been made about the interaction between your mind and body and the processes by which cells receive information. It shows that genes and DNA do not control our biology, that instead DNA is controlled by signals from outside the cell, including the energetic messages emanating from our thoughts. Using simple language, illustrations, humour, and everyday examples, he demonstrates how the new science of Epigenetics is revolutionising our understanding of the link between mind and matter and the profound effects it has on our personal lives and the collective life of our species. This paperback edition of The Biology of Belief fully updates and revises the material from the bestselling original edition, and adds material in the light of the seismic effect the book has had.
